Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician / Handyman who can handle a wide range of residential and commercial repairs.
This position requires someone comfortable working across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, tiling, grouting, minor plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues in homes or commercial buildings and determine appropriate solutions
- Complete carpentry, drywall repair, tiling and grout repair/installation, fixture installation, and minor plumbing and electrical work
- Install or repair tile in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring when needed
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on repair or maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, tile installation, grout work, and general home repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Own basic handyman tools
